MV BREAKDOWN:// Kim Taehyung: Someone Like You (Adele Cover)
And here's the (rather short) MV BREAKDOWN:
Song:
I love the original song and his voice works perfectly with it. His English is a bit off but hell, his voice is smooth. (He did an amazing job.) I respect anyone that gives another language a try.
Video:
Similar to Adele's original video. V's emotions were displayed well in his actions and subtle movements. I felt it. (Or maybe that was fangirl feels...)
All in all, an adorable effort with a manly image. I wish he did the whole song, but I am sure that was hard enough to do. I would love to see him in a Drama, I think he is really good with expressing himself through action. (Please!?) I like seeing this side of our 4D Alien Tae.
With Jungkook's Sofa Cover and J-Hope's self choreographed Dance Practice recently released on their YouTube Channel, I am expecting the other members of BTS to release solo videos to showcase their talents. As an ARMY, I am looking forward to anything they do.
Happy #Virthday!

White Day 2014
What? You don't know what White Day is? Omo. Let me explain.
Feb 14th is Valentine's Day. In the states that means you give people you love, like etc. candies, chocolates, flowers, cards, presents all sorts of lovey dovey stuff. In many Asian countries it is the girl who gives boys candy. It's usually handmade chocolates, to show love and effort. If they aren't that special then store bought is ok. lol.
March 14th is White Day. It's now the girls turn to receive. Boys now give candies/chocolates, etc to the girls they like.
On a sadder note for us lonely people, April 14th is Singles Day where you eat black bean noodles all by your lonesome. An even sadder day for us is June 14th which is Kiss Day and you have to kiss someone. lol.
Many idols have been hitting up the social media networks like Twitter and Youtube to share some White Day Love to their fandoms. Here is where I post some of my favorites.

MelOn Premiere: BTS: Skool Luv Affair
On Feb 11, 2014, one day before Bangtan Boys comeback with their new album Skool Luv Affair, I saw the live streaming of the MelOn performance on Loen's youtube. I will apologize in advance for the lack of screenies in this post.
At about 3am EST, there was a standby screen set for 2 hrs in counting. I set my alarm and slept for about a that long in order to make sure that I didn't miss this.
5am EST/ 7PM KST: My alarm goes off and I run to the computer to be greeted by images of BTS. Then the following played.
1. Skool luv affair album preview video
2. N.O MV
3. Boy In Luv TS
4. No More Dream
5. We Are Bulletproof Pt. 2
and repeated for another 2-3x...
After around the first showing of number 4, I realized it wasn't 8PM KST and they were building a hell of a lot of anticipation.
6AM EST/8PM KST: FINALLY!
The boys take the stage with a performance of their new song 'Jump' followed by a showing of their animated MV for their Skool Luv Affair Intro. VJ Yumdda was the host of the performance and then calls the boys out one by one to come to the stage and have a seat. (In order: J-Hope, V, Jimin, Suga, Rap Monster, Jin, and Jung Kook) This began a Q&A session. There was even a bulletin board filled with sticky notes that had questions written by the fans in attendance as they walked into the event space.
Images of their concept photos were played on a big screen behind the boys. Suga cringed at the pictures of him with Jungkookie. Girls screamed as each of the members pictures flashed on the big screen behind them.
What is your favorite song on the album?
Rap Monster: 'Where you from', because I wrote an amazing bridge.
J-Hope: 'Just one day', because he felt most sincere writing the lyrics.
Jin: 'Just one day', fit his feelings and his voice sounds great with it.
V: 'Cipher' because the rappers were amazing.
Jung Kook: 'Cipher'. He says his hyungs did very well on that song.
Jimin: 'Boy In luv', since its title song.
Suga: 'Tomorrow', because wrote the melody and beat when he was a trainee.
'Jump' was produced by Suga around that time. J-Hope and Rap Monster are also listed on the album for writing and producing.
When asked about abs, Jimin says he would show them but since its 19+ content, A.R.M.Ys have to wait til they are old enough.
He did try to pass it off to V, where I was too lost to hear the words coming out of Tae-Tae's mouth. (And the fact that the translations were so lagged and in some parts nonexistent, didn't help me understand anything either. But I still watched attentively.) But Jimin, really? Who hasn't seen your abs? You have been showing them off since day one. Maybe the chocolate melted? 555. Jin did tease as if he was going to show how much he worked on his body lately, but disappointedly stood up, pretended to lift his shirt then blushed, shaking his hand 'NO' to the screaming girls in the audience. He shyly smiled and covering his face, returned to his seat.
What did you have the most trouble during this album/promotions? JK: singing live is his difficulty.
Jin: diet and choreo was the hardest.
Jimin: Appearance(?) He says he looks chubby because of his short hair.
V: choreo was the hardest.
JH: working on songs between performances during the Attack on Bangtan promotions.
After this the Boy In Luv TS was shown. Jin explains about his shoving scene with the female lead. (Which I will post in the MV Breakdown.)
V showed a little 4D aegyo. V also demonstrates how he will propose to a girl. Straightforward. *Strong eye contact.* 'Go out with me'...no mercy huh V. *melts*
They perform, Just one day and after ask the crowd how they liked the song. Suga asked for more reassurance after the crowd said yes. "Are you sure, do you really mean it/like it?" To which the crowd responded with a loud "Ne/Yes".
After the Boy In Luv Performance , Bangtan explains they don't have a "Point" in the choreography and ask the crowd what they felt the main point of the dance was. Few yells later, V comes out to demonstrate his strong dance moves, and settles on this being the main point of choreography.
Rap Monster explains that they also prepared to perform 'No More Dream' and 'N.O'. As the lights cut off for the boys to start their performances, a congratulatory song is sung and a surprise bday cake for J-Hope appears. During all the excitement V blew out the candles so they have to relight it for him. In V's defense...they should have sang Happy birthday. The song of Congratulations~ Congratulations~ could have confused anyone. It could have been a cake to congratulate them on their comeback, right? I'm sure A.R.M.Y's knew.
They preformed No More Dream, and N.O as promised. Then some backstage MV footage and practice footage was shown as well.
At the end, they showed the Boy In Luv MV, which I have been dying to see, especially after all the charismatic aura from the TS released on the 10th. Of course, I will write a MV Breakdown on it. Bangtan thanked everyone, Fans, VJ, Staff, everyone...for their support and promised to work hard.
Despite J-Hope being hospitalized for falling ill/exhaustion, Suga having an appendectomy, and the rest of the boys running around and working hard while preparing for this album as well as promoting Attack On Bangtan, they seemed very lively, fun and attractive on stage. It was great to see Bangtan comeback, and I can't wait to get the album. They have always had an awesome performance presence and what V called "Heavy Choreo". I wonder if they will be on Weekly Idol (EDIT: They will be on Weekly Idol Feb. 26, 2014.) or Running Man soon. Wouldn't that be great fellow A.R.M.Ys?
Stay healthy boys, and keep being awesome. BTS Fighting!

MV BREAKDOWN:// BTS: N.O
The boys are back with the MV of N.O, the single off of O, R U L8, 2?. BtS's first mini album was released today.
The video: No ab flaunting this time ladies but several close ups and enough camera/eye contact to make you squeal just as much. A little CG here and there proves that, in the words of J-Hope, they "Make money. Good money". The colors are lighter (white) which is a change from their debut darkness (mainly black). It's futuristic and dream-like.
The concept: Sticking to their guns, the boys yet again maintain their alliance to rebelling against society and staying true to what they want to do and who they want to be. They are in a school environment where they are expected to conform to authority and act like robots. That is, until Jungkook decides to raise all hell and fight against them with the rest of the team to follow. Thanks to the disobedient maknae, A fight breaks loose, some chairs and desks get thrown, walls crack, shit blows up...you know the usual. Guess they are just 2 Cool 4 Skool. (Yea, I did that on purpose.) The dance break was nothing but perfect as BTS skillfully performs their routine in unison.
The Song: Great hip hop feel and string ensemble. The breaks with V, Jin and even Jimin, singing ended up giving me chills. (Yes, I fangirl hard with BTS. What?!)
They seemed very confident in performing since they debuted. A few similarities from other videos arise. Choreography style is the same including Jimin's high-fly air time flip, and Suga "on-top" of other members yet again. He sat on V in No More Dream now he's just standing on members! Why Suga? Suga also raps with some high pitched accents in his rap like last time. I'm gonna stake all of this for the sake of consistency in style. <3

BTS: N.O (Teaser 1)
I would say I'm sorry for posting more about BTS but I'm not. I've been dying for their comeback release (9.11.13) even though they debuted in June. The website sports a countdown timer that has been driving me NUTS.
My main complaint about these boys was that every time I saw them, it was like they wore the same dam outfits all the time. With this trailer, it seems our Bangtan Boys have proven themselves worthy of more financial backing. With 'O! R U L8, 2?' I am anticipating the fire that will set ablaze a wild rush throughout the A.R.M.Y. (Can you tell I'm excited?)
Screenies? But of course darlings.
Sigma, Sigma, Sigma?
Why so many images of Maknae JungKook? Because he had the most coverage in the video due to his awesome facial expressions. Wonder if he will do some acting soon.
Other comments:
Who the hell is that? Oh Rap Monster... Looks good without the shades and crazy hair.
Jin looks like Jungkook's older sibling. Hyung indeed.
All the boys looks really good in this video.
Ok, enough talking let's roll footage.

And here's some stuff you may have missed.(If you did miss this, you should definitely be ashamed of yourself.)

MV BREAKDOWN:// BTS: No More Dream
Loen Entertainment presented BTS, a hip hop group, who's debut less than two weeks ago. I knew since the teaser was released for this video that I would love these boys. It's Intro Time.
BTS aka Bangtan Boys (Bulletproof Boy Scouts)
Here are a few screenshots from the video. I think you can tell who my favorite is so far.
Video Breakdown:
The Song: Screams independence and individuality. An anthem to break free of the traditional views and be yourself. If you dream, wake up and live it out. Bass and beat are very street worthy with similarities to music by Dr. Dre and Snoop. (Deep Cover)
The Dance: The boys are in sync with choreography with a strong presence and charisma. One word: SWAG.
Certain members struck words into my mind. Like this:
Jin...License? (Could you have not avoided the boxes?)
J-Hope....Zelo? (Ok, it was the hair and mask thing. I get it.)
Rap Monster....Eyes? (Wtf? Whats wrong with your face that you are hiding your eyes..all..the...time?)
Jimin...Abs! (-Scrolls up again-)
Suga... Taeyang? (You seen the similarity too, right?)
Jung Kook...Sparta? (Jung Kook not Kim Jong Kook from Running Man silly.)
V...Violent. (In his intro he looks pretty evil swinging that pipe.)
All in all, I like them alot. I can't wait to see more from these guys. BTS Fighting!
I hope the talent in the group doesn't get over shadowed by the fluff and shines through. Do you think BTS will make it big or hit a brick wall like...idk, Block B. (FYI before the antis start rolling in, Block B is super talented and just hit a few speed bumps.)
